cannabinoids are as normal as carrots. Learn more. #endocannabinoidhealth

Every mammal on the planet has relied on cannabinoid compounds and their endocannabinoid system which utilizes those compounds, to survive, for millions of years. And cannabinoids are not exclusive to the cannabis plant.

While many wild plants and grasses contain trace amounts which herbivores consuming large amounts of roughage access, cannabinoids can also be found in common foods.

Where else can cannabinoids be found?

Carrots

Broccoli

Sweet Potato

Black Pepper

Ginseng

Echinacea

Rosemary

Kava

Hops

Sunflower

Cacao

Green, Black and White Tea Plants

Clearly our species has a very special very long relationship with the cannabis plant, the best source of cannabinoids offering the greatest variety of affects and concentrations. Interestingly cannabis cultivation in history appears to have started and grown in parallel to our own change from a hunter gatherer subsistence to farming, and eating less raw food.
